The people working in fabbricadigitale are today the most important asset of the company. We’ve always thought that the main competitive advantage of a service provider is tightly connected to the quality of the people inside the company.
From 2008 fabbricadigitale has set up an office of Human Resources “open” to its employees to create a direct relationship aiming at sharing and collaboration.
We are developing projects for our employees which have been defined “Hr Lifecycle” because we think that, during the professional career of everyone, there’s a path to be followed, to be valued, to be continually renewed; a cycle which is meant to focus on people and get them involved in every moment of the life inside the company; we ask them to come into play and challenge with us the new demands of the market and the questions we put every day for an endless growth.
